A mac and cheese recipe the whole family will love!

Heat organic chicken broth to a boil, then add small organic pasta noodles. I add just enough for the pasta to absorb the broth and have a little left over. While the pasta is cooking, cut up into tiny pieces fresh vegetables (frozen veggies work great too!) and add it to the pot. Once the pasta is fully cooked, and veggies are soft, add a dash of salt and pepper and cubed or shredded chedder and jack cheese to your liking. My kids like it really cheesy!

Dad said, "I'll do it, I'm Mr. Incredible."
Gabby said, "Dad, you're not Mr. Incredible, but you ARE incredible."

Max's vocabulary is growing! Today he pointed while riding his tricycle and said, "that way!".

Annie - added a couple cute coos today.

Tuesday with the Tommasi kids

This morning my heart sang when I was making breakfast for the kids and Gabby and Max were watching Sesame Street. On this morning's episode, they were filming a preschool class talking about love. Each of the students were telling the teacher what they love, and Gabby shouted at the TV (not even knowing I was listening), "I love my mom!". It made my day!

We were productive today. Angelica worked on studying baby toys, Gabby worked on her Hooked on Phonics and Max and I played with his Thomas the Train set. It was a wonderful morning. Then this afternoon, we watched Gabby at her second gymnastics class. She is a natural! She said her favorite thing was hanging from the rings. She also worked on forward and backward rolls.

The Tommasi's start 2010

Gabby had her first gymnastic class today. The idea to sign her up was inspired by her hanging from and jumping on her play kitchen. Her teacher couldn't believe she hadn't ever taken a gymnastics class before. She did an excellent job following directions and performing the tasks. I can't wait to sign Max up too once he turns 2 1/2!
